Grilled Salmon Taco with Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 oz. salmon
- 1/8 tsp. ancho chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. cumin
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- ½ lime, juiced
- 2 corn tortillas
- 1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped (optional)
Dressing
- 2 tbsp. avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp. almond cream “cheese”
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Salsa
- ½ cup broccoli slaw
- ¼ cup purple cabbage, shredded
- ½ green onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. jalapeno, sliced (optional)
- ¼ lime, juiced
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Instructions
- Season salmon with chili powder, cumin, pepper, and lime juice. Add salmon to preheated griddle and cook 5 minutes on each side.
- Add dressing ingredients to Blender and pulse until paste-like consistency is reached.
- Add salsa ingredients to a bowl and stir.
- Spread dressing on tortillas, add salmon, and top with salsa and cilantro.
