Crispy Bacon and Baked Potatoes

Serves: 4


  • 2 slices natural smoked bacon, cut in half
  • 2 cups mixed baby potatoes


  • 2 tbsp. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp. chives, sliced
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ⅛ tsp. black pepper



  1. Preheat Air Fryer 3 minutes at 360°F (press Manual button once followed by Power button).
  2. Place bacon in Fry Basket followed by potatoes, making sure not to overfill to ensure even cooking (see MAX line inside Fry Basket).
  3. Slide Pan with Fry Basket into Air Fryer, select “Fries” icon, and adjust cooking time to 25 minutes (the Air Fryer will start its preprogrammed mode for Fries, but you can adjust the temperature as needed by pressing + or - on the Digital Control Panel).
  4. After 12 minutes, pull Pan with Fry Basket out of Air Fryer, shake gently, replace, and cook 13 minutes more. When cooking cycle is complete, pull Pan with Fry Basket out of Air Fryer and place potatoes on a platter. Finely chop bacon and set aside.
  5. Press potatoes with a fork to split. Top with bacon, cheddar cheese, chives, salt, pepper, and serve.
