Mango Sorbet

Serves: Four 1-cup servings


  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • 3 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks



  1. Add juice and yogurt to blender jar first and then add frozen fruit.
  2. Cover with lid and insert tamper.
  3. Use Manual Mode and turn dial clockwise to just above OFF – third dot on dial.
  4. Blend for 30-45 seconds and use tamper to mix the ingredients.
  5. Turn dial to MED to increase speed and use tamper to continue to push frozen fruit towards blade.
  6. Blend for 45 seconds.
  7. Remove tamper and turn dial just past MED for 15 seconds or so for final blend.

Add honey to sweeten (if desired).

Note: Sorbet consistency will be thinner if fruit is allowed to sit out.
