Hummus & Carrots

Serves: 3 ¾ Cups 

Ingredients

  • 2 - 15.5 oz cans chickpeas, liquid reserved from 1 can
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • ⅛ tsp. salt

Instructions

Place chickpeas, liquid from 1 can, sesame seeds, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin into the Vida Sana™ High Power Blender in the order listed and secure lid.

Select the preprogrammed Dips/Spreads button. It will automatically blend for 1 minute.

Use the tamper through the secured lid to press the ingredients down while blending.

Taste and add salt as needed. Serve with fresh vegetables.
