Steamed Sea Bass with Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 fillets sea bass (about 6 oz. each), skin removed
- Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, quartered
- ½ bunch asparagus
- Garnish: chopped cilantro or scallions

Instructions
Place Skillet on medium heat and add water. When water begins to boil, place steaming rack inside skillet.
While the water is warming to boil, prepare the fish by sprinkling sea bass with salt, pepper and cayenne. Place the sea bass and asparagus on the steaming rack and squeeze two quarters of lemon over the fish, then add the lemons to the steaming rack. Cover with the lid and turn the valve to the Steam-Seal™ position, reduce heat to low and cook for 5-8 minutes. Remove lid and garnish fish with cilantro or scallions.
