Chicken Pesto with Zoodles

Serves: 4


  • 12 oz. chicken breasts
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 cups pesto sauce
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes; halved



Preheat the 12" Skillet on Induction Unit at PL 5. When droplets of water dance across the surface of the Skillet to indicate readiness, add the chicken breasts. Sear on one side for 4-5 minutes. Turn the chicken over, cover with the lid in the Steam Seal™ position and lower heat to PL 3, cook for 10-12 minutes.

While the chicken is cooking, use the “matchstick” setting on the Mandoline to slice zucchini into zoodles. When chicken is ready, remove from heat, let cool, then slice.

Preheat the Skillet on PL 5 for 2 minutes. Add zoodles and pesto sauce, cooking for 3-5 minutes until zoodles are warm. Add in peas, tomatoes and cooked chicken. Stir to combine and then serve immediately.
