Italian Spicy Lemon Chicken

Serves: 4 | Time: 15 mins.


  • 16 oz. chicken breast (4 oz. each breast)
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup onion, cut julienne
  • 1 cup mini potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 8 garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish



Preheat Skillet on medium-high heat (PL 7 on PH Induction Unit) for 5 minutes.

Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper on both sides. Splash chicken breast with ¼ of lemon juice.

Sprinkle water droplets into the Skillet; when the droplets bead and dance across the surface, turn heat down to medium (PL 5). Add chicken and sear, without lid, on one side for 5 minutes.

While the chicken sears, mix the vegetables with chicken stock, garlic, salt and pepper to taste until vegetables are seasoned well.

Turn the chicken breast over, lower the temperature to medium-low (PL 3).

Add the vegetable mixture to the Skillet, place lemon slices around the chicken. Cover with the lid and turn the valve to Steam-Seal™ position. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Time will vary on how hard or soft you like the potatoes.

Turn heat off. Open the lid and top the dish with lemon juice and parsley.
