Can't-Miss Beans
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Princess House® Pure Grapeseed Oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp. chipotle or chili powder
- ½ tsp. cumin
- 2 cups pinto beans, soaked overnight, then rinsed
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

On high heat, heat the oil and sauté the
onion, garlic, chipotle and cumin until the onion softens and looks transparent. Add the beans, water and salt.

Close the lid, set pressure valve to HIGH and bring to
pressure at high heat. Lower heat to medium/low and cook at pressure for 10
minutes. Use natural release method to expel steam.
