Healthy Pancakes

Serves: 4


  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 12 oz. vanilla yogurt
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Culinario Series® Healthy Double Griddle
  • Vida Sana Personal Blender
  • Princess House® Specialty Pancake Pen
  • Princess House® Specialty Silicone Pancake Molds


Preheat Double Griddle over medium heat. Reduce temperature once batter is on griddle. Place all ingredients into Vida Sana Blender; blend 20 seconds, or until smooth. Pour batter into the pancake pen. Mist the heated double griddle with some oil and place pancake molds on the griddle, fill each mold with mix from the pancake pen. Cook until bubbles appear on top. Remove the molds and flip pancakes, cook until golden brown. Repeat with more oil and remaining batter. Makes 8 pancakes; serves 4.
