Spanish-Style Sofrito

Ingredients

  • 4 plum tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 sweet red pepper, quartered and seeded
  • 1 medium sweet onion, peeled and quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • ½ cup cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt

Instructions

Add all ingredients to the Vida Sana Personal Blender and pulse in 20-second intervals until desired consistency.
