- 4 plum tomatoes, quartered
- 1 sweet red pepper, quartered and seeded
- 1 medium sweet onion, peeled and quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- ½ cup cilantro leaves
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp. salt
