Cucumber Salad
  • ⅓ cup Princess House® Pure Grapeseed Oil
  • ⅔ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Princess House® Savory Garlic & Herb Blend
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled
  • Pavillion™ Del Mar Party Bowls

Combine Pure Grapeseed Oil and balsamic vinegar. Add Savory Garlic & Herb Blend, salt and pepper and mix well. Hold 1 cucumber over a bowl and lightly pull a vegetable peeler down the length of the cucumber to shave off a long strip. Make a few more strips then rotate cucumber a quarter turn and peel more strips. Peel strips from all sides of cucumber until you get down to the seedy, pulpy center; discard the center. Repeat with the remaining cucumber. Pour ¼ cup of dressing over cucumbers then divide between Del Mar Party Bowls and serve. Serves 4.
